Regardless of what you might think of Gingrich, Religion or the Current Justices ... Just don't let any Men in Black Steal Christmas, or any other gifts from under the Tree of liberty. Granted, the judiciary should review laws that ARE unconstitutional but there are proper checks and balances for doing it correctly.
