History has shown us that the Rule of Law and the protection of human and individual rights is what has propelled prosperity and stability around the globe. Some areas of the World are still lacking, but overall, laws have solidified the best possible outcomes for most people. That's a good thing, but sometimes governments lay down laws that purposely or indirectly violate human rights. That's why we have to be very careful when the People give power to government because even when they're trying to do good,.. the WE know Better People don't always do the BEST for everyone!.

Our Constitution and the liberty it now affords is in very delicate and dire straits. We know that some laws are needed and some initiatives are helpful and goodhearted, but we must have a balance and we must be very careful when implementing laws, especially federal ones that have a tendency to over arch and overbear on state, local and individual rights. We figure the best way for most of us to gain a better understanding of these issues is through information put forth by citizens that deal with them and are affected by them in their personal situations and in their respective fields of business.

The people that experience the ramifications or the benefits first hand and have to work through, with, or around certain laws on a daily basis.
