Law, Logic & Logistics

it's proper ROLE... not DOLE...

At any given moment we have decisions being made based on things that seem superfluos to what might be considered the General Welfare and BASIC NEEDS... and in doing so, we are getting further and further away from much NEEDED BASICS and the proper role of government. There are only so many resources to go around and, although there seems to be mass confusion about this fact, nothing is FREE. If we are giving to one, we are taking from another somewhere along the food chain.

SO... keeping that in mind...

Law

of course, should be simple...could be simple(?) well is something that we all obviously have to live with, hopefully decreed by people with much larger brain sizes than the rest of us. Yes we all have to live with them, at least until they are rethought and overruled by another batch of decision makers with either smaller or larger brain capacity than the previous ones. A vicious cycle when principle is spun out of it.

Logic

... well that's also simple, for some anyway, and of course ties in with the above and is simply a line of thinking that has a reasonable beginning and end... AND...

Logistics

... One dictionary meaning of logistics is... The time-related positioning of resources... OR... you need this and I need that, which is here and there, and it takes time and energy to get anything or anyone anywhere! ... or something like that.

So PLEASE let's use this forum to point out current Laws, and legislation on it's way to becoming Law,

that seem to go against REASON and beyond NEED which will waste time and take limited resources away from useful, needed programs and the rest of the struggling tax payers.
